About Me

My name is Sarah Macdonald. I grew up on the coast of Maine and return home as often as I can to be with my family. I attended the University of Vermont and graduated with my bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and returned for my master's in Early Childhood Special Education. I have spent many years in Early Childhood Education. I continue to feel passionate about advocacy work and improving systems of support for young children and their families. Outside of my work in education, I live in Starksboro with my husband and our dog where I find great joy in music, carpentry, dance, hiking, baking, and gardening.
